Join Hollie's 6-week body transformation programme and lose up to 5kg.

Hollies Bootcamp is a ladies only carefree zone no matter your age, shape, size or ability. Our foundations are built on motivation and support not only from Hollie but from every member of the group. We will guide you to be your best through fitness and nutrition and have fun with it too. We believe it’s not about where you start it’s about where you finish. 

Welcome/First Session

All fitness levels are welcome. We begin each cohort of Hollie's Bootcamp with a full body composition report, weigh-in, optional photos and a series of fitness tests, which will be reviewed and re-tested at the end of the programme. A nutrition plan will also be provided (and you will have access to our private Whatsapp group.)


The exercises will vary for each session. Will will cover boxing, HIIT workouts, circuit and resistance training, and exercises based on toning and improving overall strength. We make good use of the athletics track for interval training, which is key to raising fitness levels. 


We finish the programme with the most highly anticipated and exciting class where we will revisit the fitness tests that were done during the first session and will have a final weigh-in. All participants will have experienced a noticeable change in their body, strength and fitness levels. The average weight-loss over the six-week programme is 5kg. Before and after photos will also be taken upon request.


Over the course of the six-week programme, you can opt for doing either 12 sessions Monday/Wednesday,  Tuesdays/Thursdays (£149) or 18 sessions Tuesday/Thursdays/Saturdays (£199) or Monday/Wednesday/Saturdays.

Terms of Sale

Participation in the sessions are valid within the six-week programme. A deposit of £50 is required to secure your space, the remainder of which is payable upon arrival at the first session either in cash or bank transfer. Full refunds are given for cancellations made 14 days prior to the programme's start date.
